2010

Happy new year everyone :)

2010 promises to be a fantastic year, full of growing and learning, love and laughter. I just told mummy i love her so that is a great start.

Yay!

Mummy is taking me to see some fireworks tomorrow night at the beach to celebrate all that we received in 2009, and all we have to look forward to in 2010. :) I am very excited, it has been a very long time since i have seen fireworks at the beach.

Today i did lots of playing with my cousin Sahara again. She is so tiny and beautiful :) I love to find her nose and belly button... and her mouth and eyes. Sometimes i get eyes and ears confused. When mummy asked me to find uncle stevens belly button i found his nipple instead... i got a bit confused and everyone thought that was very funny!

New years resolution

Okay, slack Charlotte... must be all the food that has been eaten over christmas.

New years resolution, write more blogs!!

Uncle Steven, Auntie Jas and my little cousin Sahara came to visit on boxing day, it was alovely suprise i got when i got home from Daddy's that night! It is so great to have them here and Sahara is so much fun to play with (although i have to be very gentle.) I am aloud to give her kisses and high fives... plus i love to play her music on the rocker when she is playing in there. i show her my toys i play with, mummy thinks i will make a great big sister one day because i love playing and sharing with the babies. Right now i make a great cousin!

My friend Jordan came for a sleep over from Brisbane on Sunday night, that was really great to have him here, we played dollies over and over, i never got sick of it. I also showed him all my great new crayons and we did lots of bike riding. He was a bit naughty so mummy was very pleased to have such a good baby.

On sunday we also had such a special time at my friend Connor's dedication (like a christening). That was so special and it made me feel great to be there. I love Connor and Auntie Sammy and Uncle Josh and it was great to be part of such a special chapter in their lives.

We also quickly saw Uncle Matt in Brisbane... yayyayyaaya!

Today we went shopping and mummy brought me a pretty new shirt in the summer specials, and i got my very first pair of thongs (im not to sure if i like them yet, they will take a little while to get used to i think). TOnight we are having pizza for dinner.... yay. Woops i better go get that now... or it might burn! :D

What a day! Ho ho ho

Whoa whoa whoa! The day was jam packed and the day was amazing. Gosh, i love christmas. I woke up early, and guess what!! Santa had come and he brought me a fairy personalised growth chart (he must know mummy and i will be renting houses and wont be able to write on walls. He wouldn't like me to miss out on seeing my growth process) It is complete with my name and date of birth. Hopefully mummy will put it up soon and we will see how big i have grown.

After unwrapping my presents at mummys (i got a bike - awesome, a helmet, a cricket bat and ball, some jimjammers, 3 new outfits, and a new ball) we were off to see Daddy, Nanny Bev, Grandad Scotty, Auntie Neil, Auntie Cake And Uncle Ry (and of course RED!) for brunch! That was so much fun (although i was already so exhausted from the morning activities) and there was lots more food, love, laughter and presents. (I got 2 new balls, a cool elephant hat, 2 dresses, a new pair of SHOES, and a bubba stroller!) Mummy and I had to leave earlier then we would have liked because i needed to have a big snooze, otherwise i wouldn't have lasted the day.

I fell asleep on the 5 minute trip home, im not sure i saw the end of the sleep. I even managed to stay asleep while mummy hit my head on the way out of the car, everyone shouted when we got home and mummy took my shoes off. I was a very sleepy girl. When i woke up we had lots of yummy food (yes... more food). After lunch mummy got to play Mrs Clause and we did more family presents (I got 3 new outfits, the same stroller as what i got at Dads (lucky i have to houses for 2 strollers) a new froggy bowl, cup, spoon and bib set and a froggy shower cap) After that it was so hot so we all went in the pool. The boys were very rough and i didn't like it very much so i just played around the outside and pulled everyones towels down.

After that and playing with Zoe and our new presents Daddy came to pick me up so i could go to the Vagg family dinner and have sleep overs at his house.

I have to say, this was the most perfect day (even though everyone says there is no such thing as perfect). I have the most amazing family and i am so blessed.

It is christmas time!!!! Hooray hooray hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know yet if Santa came, i have to finish drinking my milk before mummy will let me go annd have a look but we are very very excited. It is going to be such a busy day but i will write later to let you know if Santa came or not :D

Mummy & I just went for a walk & I am sleeping at the moment in my pram... mummy is just looking at me and thinking "God i look like Daddy when i am sleeping!!!!" Maybe because we both love sleep so much??? :)

Count down!

Count down is still on... 3 more sleeps. As long as i don't actually SEE Santa, i think i will be fine.

Spent some time with Daddy today and yesterday which was such a great Christmas treat :)!

All booked into daycare as of the 29th of January, mummy, daddy and I sussed it all out yesterday. I am very excited, mummy is very scared! Atleast we have a little while to get used to the idea now. All grown up!

Mummy & Daddy tried to force me to have my photo taken with Santa, i didn't like him at all even though we went there twice. His lollypops were yummy though! So i won that battle - no photo (so charlotte thinks... got a sneaky santa photo - very funny!)

Mumma & I Are all finished our christmas shopping/wrapping (even though mum said that weeeeks ago, she keeps buying more and more. Can't help herself). Now there is a huge pile of presents in our room just waiting and waiting for christmas. I am so excited to see what my presents hold.

Best get to sleep, so it can then be only 2 sleeps!

home again, home again, jiggidy jig!

Home now, all safe and sound! What a wonderful holiday my little family had. :) Today was a busy day spent with packing up the tents. Uncle Ashy was sick so mummy and nah had to do most of the work. I helped by sweeping, and pulling down poles and pegs. It was such a hard job pulling out the pegs but i got deep down to the ground and pulled really really hard, i even grunted i was trying that hard. Determination won out in the end and us girls did an awesome job at packing it all up! Before we drove home we went to mcdonalds and i got to have my first mcdonalds meal.... a cheeseburger happy meals. It was fantastic, and i ate it all up! Then we drove home and i had a nice big sleep.

Tonight we have done lots of cleaning, and lots of playing with all the toys i've missed so much while i was away. Off to spend some extra time with daddy tomorrow, i am excited!!!

Heaven continues!

Today was another day filled with swimming, sliding, eating, sleeping and shopping... Four famous "s" and an E! What a wonderful day, mummy never wants to go home! I tripped over, another graze for the old knee, i'm looking like wounded soldier but definitely a happy one.

Not much to report on the holiday front except i am still loving it, still being a perfect little girl with the biggest smile on my face, slept right through both nights... here is hoping for number 3! Off to play mini golf! Home tomorrow

burns victim unit!

Well well well....

Top news for today - its is still awesome. Swimming, sleeping, eating, swimming, sliding, swimming, sleeping, eating... etc. Hard to handle!

I tried to sniff a mozzie coil today... and burnt my nose. :( it wasn't such a good idea but i didn't cry, scream... no tears! I just sneezed and coughed alot from getting the yucky smell up my nose and that was it. :) I was very brave but it was certainly a silly thing to do. After that mummy spilled boiling water on her leg and fingers, so she is burnt too! She also didn't cry, we are both very brave :)

I had a big girl shower tonight with mumma, i don't do that very often and spent the whole time singing! The lady next to me thought it was so funny and joined in singing with me. It was a musical shower time!

So, today has (on a whole) been amazing! Will write another post from paradise tomorrow. (Thanks again Daddy for letting me come :D)

Camping is heaven

We are all safely set up camping at the Gold Coast, in heaven! Today i have been swimming in a beautiful lagoon pool and went for my first go on a water slide... or my first hundred go's! I loved it so much. Where we are staying there is so many fun things to do, including mini golf, tennis, snakes and ladders, hop scotch, twister, 3 pools, a spa!!!! It is great!

I slept all night last night in the tent and was so excited when i stood up in bed and could see mummy sleeping right there. I started the morning with a giggle and yelling to mummy and the day has continued in the same spirit. I just love the great out doors!

Yesterday, the trip down to the gold coast was lots of fun. I was such a good girl and just laughed and laughed and played and laughed the whole way. I only slept for 20 minutes so after we were all set up i was ready for bed.

This is the good life, off for another nap and then back to the pool i go! Heaven is pretty great!

Dream land

Im snoozing at the moment, dreaming sweet dreams of spending the day tomorrow with Daddy (thats right... its Daddy Day!) No sleepovers at Daddys this week as mummy is taking me to the gold coast to go camping at a resort with a swimming pool, water slide, big playgrounds and jumping castle. It is going to be the best of fun, we are spending 3 nights there. :) Can't wait for our little holiday, i am going to be such a good girl ;).

Tonight, we had a street christmas party. It was fun to meet the people in our street and play with the boys from up the road. I fell down the drain, and tripped over mummys foot... oops. I didn't cry though and everyone was so impressed! The lady from next door went to school with Auntie Neil and Auntie Cake, and says i look a lot like Daddy!! She is right of course, or like Auntie Cake, who looks like Daddy!

Today, mummy and i went and had lunch with Tristen before she goes to Sydney for Christmas. That was really fun... i love playing with her. She is funny and we play silly little games together. I also did lots of dancing today with mummy and was in an extremely cheeky mood. :)

Enough for now, back to dreaming. I will definitely update from my holiday. :) Sweet dreams all.

Picking things that shouldn't be picked

This weeks theme is picking... i pick the bite on my arm, again and again.

I pick the bite on my face making it into a big nasty mess!

And now i have learnt how to pick my nose... not just pick my nose but lose half my finger up my nose!!! Mummy is not impressed, i think it is amusing and happily alternate nostrils when mummy asks me to stop. She hopes this is a quick faze.

Today, i got to play with cousin Zoe all day. We did alot of drawing, swimming, swinging, drawing, swimming, swinging! and kept mummy busy with fights over bubba and bikes. But it was great fun, i just love her so much.

Sing your heart out!

We just got home from the christmas carols, and boy i must say Christmas Carols '09 Rocked this world!!! Well, maybe it was the lovely company that i enjoyed them in. Oma is still here today so that made it extra special, along with Nahnah, Poppa, Uncle Ash and mumma, Auntie Cake and Auntie Neil met us down there and then Auntie Sas and cousin Zoe surprised us.... it was such a great night filled with singing, dancing, lots of laughter and tickling... and the best fireworks i have ever seen (even though the were only the 2nd lot of fireworks i've seen and the first ones i was only 7 months!) I was so brave during them and only the really loud finale gave me a fright. But now it is 10.30, and it is my 3rd really late night in a row so i must be off to sleepy land. Just wanted to let everyone know about the amazing night i have had with my most beautiful family ever and say MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Falling down!

This morning i decided it would be lots of fun to be up between 1.51am to 4.10am... even though i went to bed at 11pm! I think all the partying is catching up on me and im getting confused between day and night time... lucky christmas only happens once a year! Off again tonight, so the christmas carols. YAY! That is if it doesn't storm, then we would all get wet which wouldn't be very good.

During my "Play" time this morning, i fell of mummy's bed. And then this morning i got my fingers jammed in the pot draw. I was to quick for mummy and put my fingers in as she was shutting it, and they bled! It really hurt! I also fell down the stairs... oppsies! I am in the wars that is for sure!

Mummy set up a cool bike for me today, that has a trailer for my bubba! It is green and blue and really great! I love scooting around on it, and i am doing such a great job at going forward, backwards and even steering. I don't run into too many things. Plus i can get on and off it really easily! I am a natural mummy says! I love it. Must be all my practice on my bike at Daddys that Pa brought me that makes it so easy.

Nap time now, ready for another fun night out. :) Social social!

Big partying day!

Today (like Mummy promised) oma was still here to play when I wokeup this morning. And play we did... playplayplay! But first i had a big sleep in untill 8.30 this morning - which is huge for me and mummy was so happy!

Tonight we went and celebrated Auntie Ashy's 21st birthday and i got to meet lots of cool people. There was a dance floor with cool disco lights and a smoke machine, i had so much fun dancing on there. Also, i was aloud to play in the ice which was heaps of fun. I Loved meeting all the new people, although it took me a little while to warm up to them all and let mummy put me down. It was an army theme. Mum thinks i make a very cute army chick but says i cant join untill im 25!

Another big day tomorrow after another late night. here is hoping for a sleep in again!

SURPRISE

Big surprise tonight when we went out for dinner, my OMA has come for a holiday from Victoria because she missed mummy and i so much. Mummy was so excited to see her, and i was a bit nervous because i haven't seen her in nearly 2 years. Tomorrow though i look forward to playing with her. :) Yay, such a great surprise, i love my family so much.

Dancing

This morning was great... apart from waking up with cuddles, kisses and tickles for mummy (which is everyday awesomeness) mummy and I started the morning with a dance (DANCE DANCE DANCE!), feeding myself breakfast again (which is cleaner than mummy doing it) and then a swim before a 2 and a half hour sleep... whoa. And i even got a swing in there, and gave bubba a swing... and possibly had another swing, or 3. Maybe even more then that? I really love swinging.

After my nap I went to Daddys for Daddy day. And that is where i am currently. Just wanted to let everyone know about my really great morning and how much fun it was!! Plus, i have slept so well for the last 4 nights... only waking up this morning at 3 with a fright and went back to sleep really easily. :)

CHRISTMAS TREE!

OH oh oh oh oh! And the most exciting news!!!!!!!! On Sunday we put up our christmas tree... yay. I got to help, and then i broke one of the babbles. :( Woops! But it was so much fun. I put on the dog christmas hat, and the stocking on my head. I was so much help. but i must admit at the start i was a bit scared of the christmas tree... hehe silly huh? But its all good now, and i love it!

Too many days

There has been alot of days lapsing since my last blog. Such a busy week this week.

On Sunday Morning I woke up and got to have cuddles with Auntie Brookey because she had sleepovers so that was lots of fun. Today Mummy & I Found out an exciting secret about her, but i can't tell because "shhhhh its a secret :)".

On Monday it was mummy's actual birthday and we went around to Nanny & Poppy's for breakfast which was really lovely. Nanny cooked scrambled eggs, and they gave mumma her present. The whole day there was lots of present unwrapping done, i helped Mum alot (getting into practice for christmas).

Tuesday i got to spend a surprise day with Daddy!!! yaya! Because mummy was very sick and in bed... :( Poor mummy, but it was a very fun day with Dad. I Did such a great job, made hardly any mess on my face, but some how got it all up my arms! Now i never want mummys help, i guess i have grown up too fast for her. I am still doing lots of swimming and have gotten very good. Today we had visits with Kelly, and then later with Peta... busy little beavers.

Tomorrow is Daddys day again. Yay! Can't wait to see what fun adventures will be in store, but first mummy and i are going to the uni so she can get her id card... all grown up mummy.

Party party... sick... party!

Last night was Mummys 21st birthday party... and I was a sick little girl who only wanted to give mummy big cuddles. It was an awesome night though and there where so many people here to play with, lots of my little friends. I got to meet Auntie Brookeys baby, through her belly of course! And Connor came to visit, as did Jordan, Emily, Zoe, Sophie & Cooper. It was really great.

During the day i had a huge 3 hour sleep, we were supposed to go to the beach to meet Auntie Sammy & Connor, but they ended up coming to our house and we had some watermelon and went for a big swim in the pool. It was really lovely.

Today though, i am miserable and grumpy because i haven't had enough sleep and am not feeling very well. I am about to go for a swim, but thought a quick update was in order on my night.

Not much else has happened this week in lack of blog postings. We have spent alot of time with Sim, Red & Emily. I love playing with Emily, it is so much fun. i had a good time playing at Daddy's house on Thursday and Friday. & I got to meet a friend of Mummy's on Friday night. All to do with mummy's impending birthday. :)

If you ask me where my nose is, i can now show you. I can also tell you what it is.

I can show you where mummys nose is, and chinos. I could even show you yours if you were unsure on where it was. I am so clever, i think its because daddy used to show me when i was little. Now i can play the nose game with Daddy!

Random fact for the day... this is blog number 20! Hoorah!

This morning we went to the airport to meet Auntie Spaz, Uncle Red and Cousin Emily! Yay! We got there late though because auntie spaz gave us Victorian time of arrival, not qld... silly duffer! But we got there in the end and they are now settled into their unit at Alex! I am so excited that they are here, and emily and I are going to have the best fun! I wish it was sunny so we could go swimming in the beach. We are going back to see them later so that we can have dinner there.

Not much else has happened today, it is only lunch time though. Mummy is cooking me lunch at the moment, im a bit hungry! The man that is painting the house next door came and asked to borrow a pot, that was a little bit strange and funny!

Tomorrow is Daddy Day! I love daddy day! First i get to go with mumma while she gets her haircut, that sounds like alot of fun too. :)

Mum doesn't listen, perhaps i don't really mean no. I don't think i really understand what it means, just trying it out to see if it fits.

So today, we went and finished our christmas shopping. I wasn't aloud to look when mummy brought my present. It was really busy, and i was a bit grumpy. All in all though it was fun. We ran into a friend of mummys and I got to have some donut that they brought me :) It was yummy. Mummy ate some too because i don't need a whole one for myself.

We also finished our christmas cards... we can't wait for christmas now that we are all prepared! I did some special drawings today.

Tomorrow is exciting, i best go to sleep. xx

Growing and learning

Today i ate a banana, and i actually enjoyed it. It is amazing to think that I thought i didn't like it because i never used to, and if mummy never gave me another one i wouldnt have realised that i liked them. Mystery.

Apart from that my day was easy. I had huge big sleeps, 2 and a half hours this morning, 2 hours this afternoon. That was nearly the whole day slept away. I went to Buderim, had lunch. Auntie Cake came to visit. I had chats and kisses with "Charlotte" (My reflection.) and now i am waiting for dinner.

Am i Irish?

Today walking through Buderim a man stopped and asked what part of Ireland i was from. He asked mummy if she was sure when she said i wasn't irish at all. He said i looked like an irish princess, and my parents must be very special people to be blessed with such a beautiful baby. :)

Monday!

Yesterday was a busy day, filled with lots of hard work and swimming. We woke up early in the morning and went to the markets to buy some plants and fruit! I really enjoyed going to the markets and i got to have my first taste of popcorn... i didn't like it very much though. It felt funny on my tongue!

Once we'd gotten home and eaten breakfast (yummo bacon & eggs!) I helped do lots of sweeping, and washing the fence and then some gardening. It was hard work, but so much fun and i got to spray everybody with the hose. I thought that was really funny, but i kept also spraying myself in the face with water.

I did heaps of swimming again yesterday, i even got to use my boat that Mummy & Daddy brought me for christmas last year. It is much better for me now as i can sit up in it properly. I still prefer to be with mumma, but it is also fun in the boat now that i am used to it. When i grow up i might be a swimmer, or a fisherman in my own boat?

Today mummy and i are writing up christmas cards and letters and we are going to take our christmas photo. Hopefully if we get enough time we can go down to the beach as well. That will be really great as we haven't gone to the beach in a little while.

swim swim swim

Lets start with last night,

I got home from daddys and had lots of cuddle times with mummy and finished watching the movie she was watching. It was called "Australia". After dinner last night we went down to Mooloolaba and had a coffee at Emjays. Or mummy had a coffee, i got to have a little bit of vanilla milkshake. it is the first time mummy has let me drink some milk shake and it was sooooo yummy. I wasn't very good at sharing it. At Emjays i did lots of dancing to Jason Mraz & Michael Jackson. It was fun to be at the beach as we have been avoiding it this week with schoolies going on. I have the best dance moves now, i have learnt how to spin around in circles, and i do really cool "bobs". i think i'd win a dance contest for sure!

I didn't get to sleep untill 10.30 last night! I was such a good girl but it was a really late night. It didn't mean I slept any better though, i woke up at 1, and then again at 4. Luckily i got to have some snuggles in mummys bed and woke up again at 7. That doesn't happen very often, it was such a lovely treat.

Today we were supposed to go to see Uncle Matt in Brisbane for a bbq, but we couldn't put petrol in our car to get down there. Instead i did lots of swimming to try and cool down. I am getting very good at jumping in the pool and i actually blew proper bubbles today! All my practicing has been paying off!!! I have learnt so much, and am getting so confident in the pool. I learnt today how to climb out just encase i ever fall in.

I ate all my meals today with my knife and fork, i made such a big mess but it is so much fun and it makes me feel like a grown up! Mummy took some photos but they were on the video camera which has been left upstairs. There wont be as many photos posted for a while at mummys phone is broken and the one she has borrowed doesn't have a very good camera on it.

I got to play in puddles today after it rained, and got sand stuck all on me because i was all wet. I nearly slipped over in a puddle and went for a big slide, it looked like i was surfing. I thought it was so funny and tried to do it again, unsuccessfully.

Tonight i brushed my teeth all by myself, i did all the right brushing actions and everything. I am going to grow up to have the whitest teeth ever :D. Mummy found another 2 freckles on me today, this time near my nose. She thinks they are cute because they are little baby sized freckles.

Quick one tonight!

Quick one tonight, short on time. Such a busy girl... so much to do, so much to see. Just some photos of the day. Not to many stories to tell. More ball practice, coffee time, girly gossips! Shopping shopping shopping! I miss the beach, mummy hasn't taken me all week because of schoolies! She is scared of all the kids. I saw Daddy this morning, that was the best thing about today! I took some photos today, i've added one on here to show my skills. Can you guess which one it is? :)

A new green ball

Yesterday Mummy brought me a brand new ball... because my old one had gone flat. It is great, big and green! I love it so much. Today i even caught it once, and have gotten very good at throwing it. I even try and bounce it but i am still learning how to do that. Most of the time I hit myself in the face but it is still one of my favourite things to do outside.I got to carry it all the way around big w and give it to the lady at the counter. I am completely in love with my new ball.

I have been helping Mummy lots lately. I help feed the dogs, clean up my toys, put 'ted' back to bed, make the beds, cook dinner, put rubbish in the bin, clean the bathroom. I am just learning so much every day, but at the same time i am testing the waters more as i am getting bigger. Mummy is good, she doesn't get angry at me very often even when i can be very naughty. This morning i threw a tantrum because i didn't want to eat my breakfast. I don't know why, sometimes i am just moody. Maybe it was my bites making me grumpy?

Mummy and I did some drawing today, and started writing on christmas cards. I was practicing getting the lids on and off and was doing really well. I can't believe how big i am getting and all the cool stuff i get to learn as i get bigger!

I went and had a coffee with Nanny Bev, & auntie Neil was there as well. That was great, i love spending time with them. I don't see them often enough. I love Nanny Bev so much, i get so excited when i see her, all the time!

After our walk today mummy let me walk all the way from the corner to our house, it made me feel like a big girl to be able to walk all that way. I was tired by the end of it though and struggled up the drive way. Mummy made me hold her hand the whole time so i didn't go to far onto the road encase any cars came down the road.

Sleep time now, hopefully I'll get to see Daddy tomorrow & get to meet baby Savanna.

Arm all wrapped up!

This is my arm in the bandage. Every time mummy takes it off i pick the bite and make it bleed straight away, or i pick off the bandaid so for now i have to keep on this bandage! Its been one of those days, ive been super grumpy. That is all for tonight. Charlotte Ann!

Yucky yucky bites!

My bites have gotten worse. Mummy had to go down and get me some antihistamines. I've now got some Claratine... i take after Daddy! I have scratched the one on my wrist so bad it is just a bloody mess. I wouldn't leave a bandaid on so mummy has put a bandage on it so that i would stop scratching it. I look like im in the wars!! I have been so grumpy but hopefully this medicine will make me better.

We walked down to the chemist this morning and on the way i saw lots of lizards. No snakes though, luckily! Mummy told me that her and Daddy once saw a platypus in the creek and that we might start coming down earlier to see if we can spot one. I think that would be awesome! :)

Busy little party girl!

Oh no I missed a day of 'blogging'! It has been such a busy weekend. We had Sophies party on Saturday at Cotton Tree. I was sad though and didn't really want to play with any of the kids... they scared me because they were so big and i just wanted to walk around in circles and play by myself. I got to have some yummy cake though and after that when most of the bigger kids left i played with Jacob and Sophie and that was lots of fun. There was a nice lady there doing face painting but she wouldn't do my face because i wasn't 2 yet... i painted my face with dirt instead!

I've gotten really bad bites on me again. 4 BIG YUCKY bits! i am being very brave... mummy is a bit concerned but is thinking i might just be allergic to mosquitoes. Again, she has been told that nothing can be done apart from panadol. I am not to sad about it and they aren't to itchy. Just look yucky!

Today, we went to Jordans first birthday. That was lots of fun as well. I got to have lots of playtime on the swings and the slide at the park. Mummy and I went on a big drive to get there and that made me a little bit grumpy. I had some more cake today-chocolate! It was so yummy. Mummy wouldn't let me have any lollies though and i got very grumpy about that. I realised later she is just looking after me and i should trust her judgement but they looked so yummy!

I have learnt how to kick in the pool while i am swimming, and how to jump into mummy's arms. I really love it! i still dont like going under too much but i am good if i get splashed in the face now. Mummy is trying to teach me how to blow bubbles, i think it is really funny but can't do it myself yet! I am still learning!

I have been dancing heaps since Amy's 21st! I think i found my grooving shoes again. Nearly everytime i hear a song i feel like dancing! I am really good too! "I feel like dancing... wooo, dancing... woo, dance the night away!" maybe when i grow up i will become a dancer/baseball player/swimmer/ im not sure yet. It is a long time away!

Friday Frenzy!

Today I spent the day with Daddy, that was really lovely. We always do such great things together. I came back to Mummys this afternoon, and we decided to go for a swim. It was a bit too cold, and I was a bit to grumpy so mummy gave me a bath instead. I then decided that i wanted to go back swimming with Nahnah and Poppa and nearly jumped into the pool in my pajamas! Mummy was horrified! But then decided it was easy enough to give me another bath so i got to have another swim. That one was much more fun, i just wasn't in the mood earlier.

Tonight I am wearing a really cool Elmo shirt that Auntie Sas brought for me before I was born. Mummy found it when she went through my bigger sized clothes. It is really great, Mummy thinks it makes me look like a boy.

Tonight for dinner I ate a big person slice of quiche, a serve of butter chicken and some chippies of poppa for dinner. All the swimming made me SUPER hungry. I made a big mess though, nearly had to have bath #3. Lucky i didnt though as we are supposed to be conserving water! Who would have thought a little girl could use sooo much water.

Must go to sleep now, I have such a busy weekend this weekend and need some restful beauty sleep (Right now though i am crying in my cot refusing to sleep!)

Is at Daddys tonight. Mummy misses me. :)

Learning to JuMP!

I am learning to jump....slowly. But it is so much fun, it makes me laugh so hard! I haven't quite worked it out yet but if i move both my legs very fast its almost like I am jumping! One day when I am bigger - practice makes perfect!

I have also gotten very good at throwing things, sometimes the wrong things like Rocks! But i am aloud to play with Chino, and i have gotten so good i can throw her toys up to 3 metres. Not all the time but i think i could be good at baseball when i am grown up!

Mummy & I did some christmas shopping today, and I saw Santa... he was a bit scary! I am getting very excited about christmas and have made some lovely gifts for my family. :). I love to colour and paint and i hope everyone loves it just as much. It is so much fun, i love to rub the paints into my legs and arms! Mummy lets me paint in just a nappy so that i don't get paint on everything.

I had some icecream before and ended up with Chocolate all over my face. It was yuuuuummmmmmmmmyyyy! I worked out that if i like the wrapper afterwards that i can get more chocolate. I wasn't sharing that with anyone. Mummy let me have the treat because I was such a good girl at dinner, and put my knife & fork in my plate when i finished, and asked nicely if i could leave the table. I have such great table manners!

Tomorrow night i get to spend the night with Daddy, i am excited! I best go to bed because it will such a big day playing i am sure.

It has finally happened!!

Finally, my missing tooth has decided it is time to catch up with the rest of them! Hoorah! Mum is so happy, im in a little bit of pain as my moler is still coming through as well but now i will have 12 teeth! Such a big girl already.

Tonight I was giving everyone big open mouth, tounge poking out, kissing 'nye nye'. I even got mummy up the nose with my tooth, it was so funny. I was in such a great mood, must have had something to do with having a swim before dinner. I kept sitting on mummys head. She didn't like it very much but i thought it was hilarious. All tuckered out now though!

i met baby Scarlett today, she is so little & sweet. Scared me a little bit, i got a bit upset when she let out a horrible cry! I was much happier to play with her dog "Chino". Maybe because it was the same name as my dog?! I think when Scarlett is bigger than my dolly we can play then.

I did lots of dancing today to the new song mummy is learning on guitar, i love helping her play.

:) And that is all for todays adventures. It was a nice relaxing day at home for the most part. :)

What a hot day!

When I first woke up this morning I got to have an extra sleep with Mummy, i didn't wake up again untill 6.55am! Mummy was so happy that it wasn't 5 oclock and i just loved waking up to cuddles. It must have been why i was in such a great mood all day.

This morning I decided it would be a good idea to feed Chino some of my toast, i didn't realise that she wouldn't give it back!! After she had eaten it I tried to find it again in her mouth so i could get it back. I couldn't find it though, naughty Chino wasn't supposed to eat it all. I think her mummy should have taught her about sharing!

I went and saw Auntie Neil today for coffee. We did lots of playing. I was being so cheeky the whole time we were there. I kept pretending to walk away from mummy but i wouldn't get very far away and then i would run back again. I was trying to play pickaboo through the window, except it was see through and mummy & Auntie Neil could still see me! It was so much fun, i love going down to the beach. :) I especially love spending time with Auntie Neil!

I went for a swim this afternoon because it was hot and i was feeling a bit grumpy. I loved it, it was beautiful and cool! I kept splashing myself in my face, it was really funny. I also put my head under by myself and it was great! I am such a brave girl now. I love summer time and being able to swim.

I have just put all my toys away, drank a big drink of milk and now im off to sleep ready for the adventures of tomorrow. Hoorah!

Update!

Home safe and sound! im grumpy tonight though... all this travelling is catching up with me. I face planted today though and now have a red nose and forehead to match my bruised eye! Mummy thinks I need to start watching where I am walking! I think mummy needs to start living on the edge! :)

I ate my very first hamburger for dinner tonight and did an awesome job!! It was very yummy! I especially loved the bacon. I also had my first play with a dolls house today, and i had the best fun! The best part of it was bashing the dolly's into the floors, and scraping the table on the roof while it made an awesome noise!

Day 2! Still in toowoomba

Yesterday i was so excited to wake up and have my Bubba at home. Thankyou Auntie Cake for dropping it around, i missed her so much! We have had such fun together, playing and drinking bottles. I think she might have missed me more than i missed her because there was no one there to feed her whilst she was at Daddys and he was at school.

We drove across to Toowoomba yesterday, and stopped at Somerset Dam along the way. It was very pretty. i was a really good girl in the car, but i didn't sleep for very long. Even with that i have been an angel. Everyone is very impressed with how well behaved i am.

Last night I went to Amy's 21st! It was so much fun, i spent the night dancing and socialising. I made lots of new friends with little girls and boys. I stayed up untill 10pm and was such a good girl. Mummy was very proud of me. I danced to the "Hockey Pockey!" and some Elvis. Plus some other songs that were to old for me to know but they were so much fun to groove to. I was a little fairy. There were about 5 other fairies there but Mummy thinks i was the cutest.

At the moment we are staying with Pop Max and Auntie Joan, it is so much fun. I keep trying to play with their puppy Snookey but he doesn't want to play with me. I think i might be a bit to rough. We are going to head back home later today after we spend some more time with our lovely family over here.

I keep falling over, so far i've hit my head 3 times while i've been in Toowoomba. I am such a duffer!!! No more bruises though, and barely any tears.

Day 1

Today was a good day.

I slipped in the bath first thing this morning though, i should listen to Mummy when she tells me not to walk around in the bath. But i didn't and I ended up falling over while i was trying to get my toothbrush out of the draw. There was no bleeding or bruises but i was certainly very upset!! That wasn't a very great start to the morning.

Mummy & I went and saw our friends Pam & Dave as they were leaving to go on a 6 month trip and we wont see them untill May. That was really lovely to spend the afternoon with them, i had a lot of fun playing with Dave... he is really funny and had me laughing for a long time.

We went and saw Auntie Cake tonight to get my Bubba as i missed her all day. I kept walking around looking for her with her bottle... i bet she was really thirsty!

Mummy & I also did some Christmas Crafts today, that was fun. We ended up with lots of texta everywhere. :) I love doing craft.
