What a weekend this weekend has turned out to be! A great one for sure. Lots of time at home playing with all my great toys and my mummy. Normally it is so much GO GO GO so it was nice to have time at the laurel. I helped Poppa wash his car today, that was fun and i ended up a bit wetter then when I began. I also got to play in the rain so water was a pretty common theme for today. Like most days there was some dancing involved, but today it was a lot of headbanging encourage by poppa who had spent last night at the ABCD concert. (or whatever it is)

I gave bubba, ball 1, ball 2 and my new toy a swing today. They went so high that it nearly knocked me over coming back down again. I had a huge 3 hour nap again.

Off for Daddy day tomorrow while mummy goes to school. Hoorah for Daddy day/night/day.

I helped mummy cook mocha swirl m&m cookies today and got to put the flour and sugar into the bowl, and lick the beaters. They turned out so great. Mummy and I make such a great team.

That is all. i can't think of much else as i have a sleepy little brain after such a big day.

Today I......

had a sleep in - 6.35 - legend.

We spent the day at home today while mummy did some preparing for next weeks uni classes. She is a bit of a nerd so i spent the day playing with lots of my toys and helping Nah clean outside. I got to play with lots of water so that was great fun. It must have been a good day for sleeping because i had a huge 3 hour nap this afternoon.

Tonight we went to Nanny and Poppys for dinner and had Roast Lamb. I was a very good girl and ate up all my plate even though Nanny dishes up the biggest plates. Mummy said that when you eat at grandparents houses you always eat more because they have some sort of special magic they put in the food that makes you super hungry. I was playing with nanny's recorder tonight but was putting my mouth to far over the hole so it was making no noise. Once mummy showed me how to do it I was SOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOO proud of myself that i kept doing a little school girl giggle and putting my hand over my mouth each time i made a noise with the recorder. It was so exciting. Mummy has never seen me act that way, it was really cute she said.

I gave poppy and nanny lots of cuddles and kisses tonight. I was very loving towards everyone even though it was past my bed time and i was getting snoozy. It must have been all that amazing dinner in my belly. I even gave lots of kisses to the two picture of great Aunt, Cam and Zoe. Big MWAH lip smacking kisses.

Little school day number 4

I had such a great day at little school today. I was very excited all morning, getting my bag out before mummy even asked me too and walking around with it and my ted while i was still in my jimjammers! When i got there i got a bit shy briefly but came around very quickly. Xavier and Brooke came up to me when i first got there, and Xavier said 'hello Charlotte' and tried to play trucks with me. There was a lot of kids in my class today and we had great fun playing. Mummy got a call at 4.45 though and told to come and pick me up because they thought my mozzie bites were school soars. Mummy was not very happy with the ladies because she had already spoken to my teachers that morning and showed them my soars and told them what it was from. She thinks that they were just wanted to go home early on the friday but she is still not very happy with them at all. When i got home though i was in the best mood from all my playing with the other kids at school that i was almost hyper. I was playing with mummy and slipped down her legs and hit my front teeth smack bang on the tiles. That really hurt and they bled a lot and i screamed and cried and cried and cried (mummy wanted to cry too i was that upset.) Everything seems okay now, teeth are in check and i got to suck on a icepole to try and make them feel a bit better and numb them up. I have to be careful but some times little girls just fall over and hurt themselves.

I got to have spaggetti for tea tonight...mmmmhmmmm my favourite! We had a bath (I was a star why mummy washed my hair tonight), drank my milkas and now i am down for a big sleep after my very tiring day at little school. I look forward to going next week to play with all my friends.

A ladies day at the hairdresses.

Another great sleep last night. Not all night, but close. I slept in until 6.40 which was really great for mummy and I.

This morning mummy took me to the hairdresses because there was no one else to watch me. She didn't mind though because she loves to share everything with me. I was such a great girl. I sat down and played with my buckets and books. I did some drawings and ate lots of cheese and sultana's. Ros (the hairdresser) was so amazed at what a great girl i am growing up to be. Mummy was just so proud of me and would be happy to take her anywhere. :)

The last couple of nights after my cuddles with mummy i make her sit forward and give her back a massage. Tonight i even had one of my wood balls and was rubbing her back with that. I pretend to rub cream on it and give her a nice long massage.

ps Daddy - i forgot to tell you the other day but when i was at Emjays and mummy got me a babychino they gave me a marshmallow which mummy said i was aloud to eat. I tried it because i knew you really loved them but i must admit i didn't like it. It felt funny so i made mummy eat it.

Quick update

Today so far is going extremely well.

Big sleeps last night, which lead to waking up early so i am back in bed now.

I have helped mummy do dishes, dusting, washing, making 3 beds, and when i wake up we will do some baking. I know, i know, it sounds super boring. But it really isn't, i love helping mummy so, so much. We also did some dancing, cuddling, butterfly kisses, sandpit playing, ride on my bike, played with chino! I guess when you get up so early (5am!) you get alot more into your day.

Story time

Tonight, because mummy was at school until 6, Uncle Ashley and Poppa cooked dinner. This meant that mummy had to do the dishes afterwards. Normally (because mummy always cooks) we both sit on my couch watch tv, cuddle and i drink my milks. So tonight when mummy couldn't join me in the lounge room on my couch, i followed her around happily holding her hand and drinking my milk until she could come and sit with me. I just wanted to be with my mummy.

After that, normally, Nah and i get to read 2 books before i go to bed. So tonight i walked up to Nah and said "two? Two? Two? Nah Two?" Asking if she would let me read two books. (Normally i just keep grabbing and grabbing books and mummy tries to make me stop at 2). So i grabbed one book and placed it on Nahs lap and said "one." Then went and grabbed another book and placed it on Nahs lap and said "two."

BLOG REQUEST!

I have stolen mums computer, she needs to do some preparation for tomorrow but i've told her 'no, thats not good enough mum. i need to keep my fans happy and tell them about my days.' I've even had a request. I am such a busy socializer. - learnt it from my Daddy! So, where to start... where to start.

Thursday: I had Zoe stay over for a sleep over (and Cam but he just plays with Ash!)

Friday: I had a really great sleep and didn't get out of bed until 8.30. Mummy decided that she loved me to much to send me to school so i got to wag the day and spend it with mummy. :) She said she'd prefer to spend the $24 and keep me at home. We had visitors for lunch and i got to play with baby Scarlett. Friday night Auntie Ashy came and had dinner with mummy and I and stayed for a really long time.

Saturday: shopping shopping shopping. Visitors for dinner, catch ups for lunch!

Sunday: More catch ups, baby showers, girls, BABY CHINOS!

I have still been doing lots of dancing, lots of new talking. I love everyone as much as always, but am getting very independent. Today at the baby shower i gathered up mums shoes and my own, gave her the bag and my hat and said tata to everyone. I thought it was time to go, mum didn't listen and we were still there an hour later.

I do lots of dancing and lots of playing. I am just the best little girl i could be and that ever was.

Happy girl today

I have been so H.A.P.P.Y today! All day. I slept in till 8.30 so mummy decided to stay home with me today instead of rushing to go to one hour of the same uni stuff she learnt yesterday. We had a very lazy morning.

I did a very naughty (yet so dang cute!) thing this morning... i got one of the oven mits and tried to open the oven with the mit on my hand. I had seen mummy do it earlier this morning so thought i would do the right thing and give it a go. Mummy got upset at me (secretly she thought i was very cute but didn't want to encourage playing in the over).

I spent majority of the day dancing with mummy. We love to get our groove on and dance to nearly every second song on the radio. I kept having to get my teddy and notebook to dance with me. I love watching "so you think you can dance" to try and learn new moves. I am very good at copying mummy.

I helped mummy with some baking today. We baked some chocolate and peppermint cookies and some onion and potato soup. I love helping mummy and getting to lick the beaters.

I was using mummy's back as a slippery slide tonight. She is a great slide but the ride doesn't last for very long.

BLOG 80

Little school day number 3

I had a different teacher at little school. I didn't want to go. I'd had a terrible nights sleep again, i was tired. I woke up late, we got there and mumma hadn't even had her coffee (And gosh it showed)

I ended up having a great day. I got to play in the water tub with all the nursery kids. We had a replacement teacher as Gwen was away sick. I didn't have a very big sleep but i did play with the kids heaps this afternoon. The replacement lady told mummy she couldn't believe how good i was and found it hard to believe it was only my 3rd day at little school. She said i was an angel and a pleasure to look after.

Today (before little school) mummy found me STANDING on the TABLE (naughty) and this afternoon standing on top of the toilet seat. I am currently exploring my climbing abilities and learning the boundaries.

Spring cleaning is dusty work

Firstly i didn't wake up until 8.30 because i had such a terrible nights sleep last night. I was up every hour, very upset. Mummy was ready to sell me by 4am. Luckily from there i slept until 8.30. I have been in an okay mood today, a bit clingy and grumpy. Mummy thinks i should be okay to go to little school tomorrow though.

We cleaned our bedroom today and pulled out all our furniture to dust and really clean behind and around everything. That was fun. I kept pretending to spray surface spray under my cot and clean it with the dusting brush. It was very funny. I danced on the top of my box like it was a stage. It was a lot of fun for cleaning.

What a day today was... busy busy busy drinking coffee coffee coffee. Or mummy was, i had water/juice and water. I slept in to 8.30 this morning. Of all mornings it was the one we needed to leave the house by 9.30. But that was okay, and we had a zooming breakfast and getting dressed then headed off to the beach to have coffee with Mummy's lovely friend Kelly. :) We got caught in the rain welcome to have coffee and i loved that. I kept shouting out "rain mumma, rain" That was really great and i was such a well behaved little girl. I was happily talking to everyone and reading my books and doing some drawings. i gave mummy lots of cuddles and sat on her back for ages.

After coffee with Kelly we rushed to Nannys (we were running late) to have lunch with Nanny,Poppy, Auntie Debbie and Pop Max and Nana Joan as they were over from Toowoomba. That was really great and i was a very good girl there to playing lots with Poppy and Pop Max and eating my chicken and salad lunch with Poppys bread and my cookies. By 2.30 though it was definitely time to go home as i hadn't had a nap alllll day. When we got home i had a big 2 hour nap and then ate dinner and played, had a bath then headed to bed.

Busy day, very lovely day.

No more

Tonight i started saying "no more" when mummy was tickling me...

Then again when i was having a horsey ride and i wanted to hop off.

I also said "nice" while i was patting mummy's head... nice mummy.

Then when i was going down stairs and Nah asked me what i was doing and i said "going seeya!" :)

i scream, you scream, we all scream for icecream!

HIGHLIGHT of my day... mummy took me to get ICECREAM! It was so lovely, i got a vanilla chocchip one, and mummy got a peppermint choc chip icecream and we made a big mess together. Because it was so hot it melted really quickly but it didn't matter because we were just going home to have a bath anyway. I really loved it. :D Mummy and I kept swapping.

Apart from that it was an easy day. We did lots of playing and I had a huge 3.5 hour sleep today so that took up alot of the day. :)

Little school day number 2

What a day today was. I slept in this morning untill 8.15am! I was meant to be at little school at 9, so we rushed out of bed and had breakfast and got ready in super speed! I was once again very excited to be going to little school today, looking forward to spending the day playing with all my friends. I got a little bit sad when mummy went to leave but she came out and played in the sandpit for a minute and then i was fine again. My day was great even though brooke and Chelsea were away today so i had to mix with the other kids (even though i was playing by myself when mummy came to pick me up!) I played with some playdo today and didn't like it one little bit. It felt funny on my hands so i kept throwing it onto the ground and saying "yukky". Mummy thinks she might get some for my play cupboard so that i can get used to playing with it. I had a great day otherwise, and had a much better sleep this week. I even put myself it sleep with hardly any tears and slept from 11.50 til 1.20.

I am very tired now though, daycare wears me out with all that playing all day! I have been in a great and happy mood all night, mixed with a very cheeky tired mood. I've been doing a bit of 'yelling' at mummy and telling her 'no' alot. Im fighting sleep right now, a bit overtired I think after my big day. Lets hope for a full nights sleep tonight so i can play all day tomorrow again :)

Big Brave girl

Mummy took me to get my needles done this morning at 10am! While i was in the waiting room i made friends with a little girl named Gorgia who was there for her 12 month needles (poor gorgia had to have 3 needles!) We were waiting there for such a long time. When the doctor came out she called for Catherine. Silly doctors had made my appointment under my Auntie Cake's name, i don't think she wanted to be getting needles that day! After sorting all that out (lucky Daddys next door neighbour works there and knew who i was) i went in to get my needles. I was very brave and only cried for a quick second but stayed very still for the nurse. I am now 11.27kg and 81cm tall.They didn't take my head measurements because i carried on more about that than the needles (must have been the nerves). The doctor said i am very healthy and have great strong heart beat, good eyes and hips! So far so good with the injection. I just had a really long nap and am about to have some lunch. no grumpy needle baby yet. :)

the last couple of days.

We haven't gone out in the last couple of days. Mummy has been very sick so i have been staying at home looking after her. Getting her tissues and making sure she drinks up all her water like a good girl. She seems to be improving so i must be doing a good job. So instead of going out we have been staying at home and playing home games like drawings, puzzles, blocks, and reading lots of books! i have done 3 poos on the toilet, but most of the time let mummy know just a little bit to late. I am working it out though, mummy is super proud of me! it might take a long time till i work it out though.

Today i got to give my bubba's a bath in my little bath. :) That was super fun, i washed their hair and bodies. They both got their own special little towel and i brushed their teeth and hair.

I also helped mummy stack up all the nappies and wipes and make my beds. She says i am such a great helper. :)

Tomorrow is my '18mth' birthday so mummy is taking me to get my last lot of needles until i am a big girl at school. I will be brave but i am not looking forward to it very much (neither is mummy)

When mummy just picked me up from my upstairs cot to bring me down to my cot I gave her a huge cuddles and said "Downstairs mumma"....

Growing up too fast!

I am so grown up now and did a FULL poo in the toilet! Mummy is so proud. :)
