To young for coffeee?

A day at the beach - perfect.
A trip to the park - double perfect.
Vegemite sandwiches - triple perfect.
Drinking my milk out of a starbucks coffee cup - priceless!

It was a good morning this morning, where i got to wake mummy up and jump into her bed and have nice quuite snuggles. Then we read some stories and slowly made our way into the beginning of the day. Mummy wanted to get some washing done in the morning so i played on the park and with bubba. I wanted to get bubbas pram down stairs so she could sit and watch me on the park but i accidentally pushed her down the steps. I was so upset and worried that i had hurt her but she is okay - thankfully.

It is poppas birthday tomorrow so we had to go down and get him his present today. I will tell you what we got if you can keep it a secret? We brought him all different goodies that make up a perfect birthday, things that poppa really likes. We got him some action dvds, peanuts and s&v chips. Some crumpets for breakfast, some fishing gear, some sausages and beer.

It was then time for a vegemite sandwich picnic at the beach with auntie ash. hoorah! We had so much fun playing down there and having a real girly catch up. It was such a beautiful and sunny day. The lovely ladies at starbucks warmed me up some milk and put it in a coffee cup so i could drink it. I felt as important as mummy with my 'tea'. We got some strange looks though, maybe people thought i was to young to be having coffee. If they knew my parents they would understand!!

Home again, home again, jiggity jig. Time to have a bath, where i washed my own hair (mummy did have to help a bit to wash it out though but i did most of it). I then packed up all my toys by myself and got out of the bath and wrapped myself up in my towel. I wanted to do it all by myself but again mummy helped a little bit. I also spent some time in big girls undies with no accidents, HOORAH!

I was very sleepy by tonight after only having a small nap in my pram today so i was a little bit grumpy before dinner. A chat to daddy on the phone changed that and put me in a good mood for the rest of dinner, and then cuddles with mummy.

And then it was time for bed.... but......

after about 15 minutes of being in bed mummy rushed in and got me up (i was still talking to bubba) and we stood looking through our kitchen window at the beautiful fireworks display that was out towards palmwoods. It actually looked like it was coming from daddys. we had perfect view of them. So many beautiful colours - pinks, blues, greens and purples. I really enjoyed the fireworks.
